mixed feelings about this hotel
high noise levels cold food
the hotel location was acceptable, close to local amenities.
the noise levels were far too high, with loud music late into the night. the room was smaller than i anticipated, and i found the food served was often cold. i was also disappointed that i had to pay extra for the safe and wi-fi, which i consider essential in a hotel these days.

smile staff tasty options daily cleaning
the hotel staff always had a smile. the food selection included tasty options. the rooms got cleaned daily. the hotel location are close to the beach so that was great.
the evening entertainment ended early. the music stopped at 10:30. i wanted the fun continues for a longer time. it would be fun to party more time.

clean room convenient location
the room was cleaned daily and provided fresh towels. the snack bar offered convenient service until 5pm. i enjoyed iced coffee with baileys, it was a good all-inclusive option. the location is near both the beach and a waterpark, about a 5-minute walk.
the music from nearby establishments was quite loud each evening. this noise impacted the ability to relax in the room, especially in the evenings.

the staff were very helpful and cute. i observed that the entertainment team was active with pool games. they worked hard to involve everyone during the day, offering activities to keep guests engaged.
